Streaks break if a day is missed — a day means midnight to midnight in your own time zone. If you finished a session and it still reset, that's a bug and we want to hear about it.
Progress is backed up to your own private iCloud account, and restores automatically when you install Fifteen on a new phone. It only restores onto a device that has no progress of its own, so open the app before you start learning on the new phone. Check you're signed into the same Apple ID and that iCloud Drive is on.
Open the You tab and tap Restore purchases. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID, so make sure you're signed in with the one you bought with. If it still doesn't unlock, email us — include the date of purchase and we'll sort it.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us: iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Fifteen. Cancelling there stops the next renewal and you keep Pro until the period you've paid for ends. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The free version includes one session a day containing new cards. Reviewing cards you've already learned is always free and never limited — your streak is never held hostage. Pro removes the limit and the ads.
Tell us which deck and which card. Facts change — governments especially — and we'd rather fix it than have you repeat it at dinner.
